HOW PAYMENT WORKS
All service fees are due upfront. In addition, a deposit will be required to cover shopping expenses (including shipping, taxes, etc.). This deposit will vary but it will typically start at $500. The final amount will be determined during your consultation based on your budget and needs before shopping begins.
You will receive itemized receipts for all purchases, and any unused balance will be promptly refunded to you.
All payments must be sent to the business Venmo account prior to any shopping. Shopping will not begin until the funds have been sent to Nicole.
*Shipping costs are subject to the website, address, and timing of arrival. If shipping costs contribute to exceeding the agreed upon budget, Nicole will contact you to discuss options.
