Introduction and... Do phyto phytophanere dietary supplements for hair & nails really work?

Hi, I'm Nicole. This is my second blog here on blogger. I was formerly allthingsnicole.com. But that somehow got deleted, so here I am, onto my second blog. Hopefully this one will be even more successful than my last! If you were formerly a follower of my other blog, please follow this one, I am expanding from just fashion to fashion and health. Today my first post will be about some hair and nail vitamins that you will love.

I am going to conduct experiments and tests of products (hair, skin, nails) that you can try if you like my results. I am also going to write about where to get some great spring/summer bags, shoes, clothes, etc. And I will have pictures with links to all of the websites. I will occasionally write some posts about my life, but that won't be the main focus of my blog, unless something dramatic and funny/interesting happens in my life that I would want to share with the entire world, haha.

So welcome to everythingnicole.com. This blog is under construction, and I will have a proper layout very soon. Bare with me. I know it's ugly. Trust me.

Onto the "dream come true" hair and nail vitamins...

I have been experimenting with this vitamin for about a month now. I have seen significant changes (only positive) in my hair and nails. My hair seems thicker, and seems to be growing. I have seen a change in the length from this month to last. My nails are rock hard, and they look healthy and great. They look like I have a natural french-manicure. :)

They are $50 a bottle, for 120 capsules, you take 2 in the morning, everyday. It's expensive, yes, but is it really worth it?

The answer to that will come next month when I update you. It's an investment, but I figured I'd give it a test run since my nails are usually paper thin, and break very easily, and my hair the same way, thin from color damage, and not growing very fast.

Amazon.com is a great website to get these from, but I found out about them from Sephora.com. They were recently out of stock of these vitamins, but may be in stock now.

If you are not interested in spending $50 a bottle, which is completely understandable, a great alternative, which is much cheaper, is Biotin. Biotin will help your hair become stronger and your nails, too-- but it will take longer. You may have to take more than 2 a day, depending on your body weight and how many mg's the pills are. I am 5'3, and 117lbs, I was taking 2 5000mg biotin in the morning everyday with a meal for several months.

It did help my hair and nails. But not nearly as much, or as quick as the phyto vitamins.

Biotin can be located at any GNC or grocery store in the vitamin isle. Sometimes places like target or kroger have vitamins special for hair, nails, skin-- give it a shot, tell me where you got your vitamins, and how much you spent, and your results, or what you have heard-- or what you predict.

Check back often for updates. I am going to be updating tomorrow with my top 20 handbags for spring, pictures, prices, and websites included. Price ranges from $50-$250. Sound like a big range? Yes, but I will cover many styles, colors, materials, etc.
